Relief matters. But what relief makes possible matters even more: moving without guarding, sleeping more comfortably, keeping up with work, returning to activity and feeling more like yourself again. Your care should begin with that goal in view.
Select a goal to see how the visit can be framed around the outcome you care about—not a generic treatment script.
Begin by understanding the pattern, what movements or positions aggravate it and whether joint, muscle or nerve-related factors may be involved. The aim is to identify the right care pathway—not simply chase the sore spot.
Your visit is not built around doing the same thing to everyone. Each stage helps Dr. Brosseau decide what is relevant, appropriate and worth doing next.
Explain the pain, when it started, what changes it and what it is preventing you from doing comfortably.
Dr. B evaluates relevant movement, posture, joint function and orthopedic or neurological signs to build a clearer clinical picture.
When clinically appropriate, care may include targeted chiropractic adjustments and supportive E‑Stim therapy based on your findings and comfort.
The meaningful question is not simply whether something was done. It is whether comfort, movement and function are progressing in a useful direction.
Choose a convenient appointment time for your $39 New Patient Experience with Dr. Michael Brosseau. Your visit begins with listening, assessment and a clearer understanding of what may be appropriate for you.

"Dr Brosseau is kind and professional. He did a thorough assessment of me and sent me for x-rays. X-ray showed that I need surgery. Thus Dr Brosseau doesn't recommend Chiropractic treatment but that I should speak to my family doctor regarding my chronic problem. I appreciate Dr Brosseau giving me his honest professional opinion." -Michael

When you arrive, you’ll meet Dr. B and review your New Patient Paperwork together.
We’ll talk through your symptoms, pain patterns, mobility issues, posture, health history, and wellness goals — including important lifestyle factors like your work, hobbies, past injuries, sleep, stress, and daily routines.
Our goal is simple: understand the source of the problem, address your immediate concerns, and create a personalized care plan designed to help you feel better, move better, and function better.
Posture Analysis: Assesses anatomical alignment, muscle balance, and postural irregularities that may be contributing to pain, tension, or restricted movement.
Functional Movement Tests: Identifies restrictive movement patterns that may affect performance, comfort, stability, and everyday function.
Range of Motion Assessments: Checks joint mobility, flexibility, and movement limitations that may be placing extra stress on the body.
Orthopedic Evaluations: Helps form a clearer clinical impression of possible musculoskeletal issues affecting the spine, joints, muscles, or surrounding tissues.
Neurological Examinations: Evaluates nervous system function, including reflexes, sensation, strength, and nerve-related symptoms.
X-rays: When medically required, imaging may be used to help identify underlying conditions contributing to musculoskeletal pain or dysfunction.
X-rays are only recommended when they are clinically necessary — not as a routine shortcut.
At McLeod Street Chiropractic, X-rays are prescribed only when they are needed for clearer diagnosis, safer treatment planning, or a better understanding of what may be causing your pain.
When appropriate, X-rays can help identify the source of pain, rule out serious concerns, confirm structural alignment, and guide your care with more clarity.
If imaging is needed, it helps Dr. B better target your treatment based on your individual needs — not guesswork.
If anything more serious is detected, we will promptly refer you to the most relevant medical specialist for the right level of care.
The goal is thoughtful, tailored, and safe care — guided by the right information at the right time.
